General Terms and Conditions of Use
This document sets out the general terms and conditions ("Terms") governing your use of the website chicconepal.com (the "Site"). The Chicco brand, trademarks, and product designs referenced on the Site are owned by Artsana S.p.A., with its registered office at Via Saldarini Catelli 1, Grandate (Como), Italy.
The Site is operated in Nepal by First Smile Pvt. Ltd. ("First Smile," "We," "Us," or "Our"), the Authorized Retail Showroom for Chicco in Nepal, which operates the Site and the retail store at Labim Mall, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. First Smile is a sister concern of First Step Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in Nepal with its registered office at Kamaladi-28, Kathmandu, Nepal, which holds the appointment as Authorized Importer and Distributor of Chicco products for the Nepal market and has authorized First Smile Pvt. Ltd. to conduct the retail and e-commerce business under the Chicco brand.
1. Applicability
These Terms apply to your access to and use of chicconepal.com, any associated mobile site or app, and to any order you place through them. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site or placing an order.
We may update or modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Any change will be posted on the Site and will take effect from the date of publication. We encourage you to check this page periodically. If you do not agree with these Terms, in whole or in part, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Personal Use Only
Your access to and use of the Site — including browsing, contacting us, downloading product information, and making purchases — is for your personal use only, and not for any commercial, business, or professional purpose. We are not liable for business losses or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information or data you submit, including information relating to third parties, and must have their consent before submitting it. You are solely responsible for any damage to your own devices or loss of your own data arising from your use of the Site, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; any harm arising from their loss, theft, or misuse is your responsibility.
4. Availability and Disclaimers
We take reasonable steps to keep the Site accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for damage arising from service interruptions, viruses, data loss, network or connectivity issues, unauthorized access, or equipment malfunction beyond our reasonable control. If you experience problems accessing or using the Site, please contact our customer service team, who will assist where possible.
The Site is updated on an ongoing basis and is not a periodical publication. You access and use the Site and its content at your own risk and agree to indemnify First Smile against claims arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

7. Trademarks and Domain Names
"Chicco," the Chicco logo, and related marks are trademarks of Artsana S.p.A. and are used on the Site solely to identify, describe, and market the products for sale. Use of these trademarks beyond browsing and purchasing on the Site — including using them to identify other products or services, or in any way that trades on their reputation — is not authorized and may have legal consequences.
8. Links to Other Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites unrelated to First Smile or Artsana S.p.A. Such sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review independently. We do not control or monitor third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link on the Site does not imply our endorsement of the linked site.
9. Our Commercial Policy
First Smile Pvt. Ltd. operates chicconepal.com to promote Chicco products and interact with customers in Nepal, as the Authorized Retail Showroom appointed under First Step Pvt. Ltd.'s distribution agreement with Artsana S.p.A. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not come from genuine consumers, or that do not comply with applicable Nepali law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, including the applicable provisions of the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008) and the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
