This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs how First Smile Pvt. Ltd. collects, receives, processes, stores, and handles the personal information of users and customers ("You") in connection with your access to, use of, and any purchases made through chicconepal.com and any associated app ("Platform"). This Policy applies whether or not you make a purchase.

We do not sell your User Information. We may share it with First Step Pvt. Ltd. (our sister concern and the Authorized Importer/Distributor for Chicco in Nepal) and other group companies, service providers, or logistics partners assisting us in operating the Site or fulfilling orders; with government or law enforcement authorities where required by law; or with third parties where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of our customers, or to investigate suspected fraud.
