Your card details are handled securely — we do not come into possession of, collect, or store your card or account information. Depending on the gateway, you may be able to save your card details on the bank's or gateway's own secure servers so you don't need to re-enter them for future orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery lets you pay offline, without a card or online payment method. When your package arrives, you pay the amount shown on the delivery document directly to the courier, in cash.
- Cash on Delivery is not available for orders exceeding NPR 3,000.00
- Cash on Delivery is only available for specified items; eligibility will be shown at checkout.
- If you choose Cash on Delivery and your mobile number is not verified on chicconepal.com, you may be asked to confirm a One-Time Password sent to your registered mobile number before your order is completed.
- We only collect the amount shown on the invoice.
Gift Card
If you have a Chicco Nepal gift card, it cannot be used as an online payment method. Kindly visit our store to redeem it.
